Our goal is to make health and fitness available to everyone affordably and with great value.
How we got started:
30-60 Day Fitness was created by two personal trainers with years of personal fitness training experience. Daniel & Tom believe that fitness instruction should be available to anyone, especially those on a limited budget.
Daniel T.
Daniel has worked in the fitness industry since 2003 and is a certified personal trainer with 2nd degree black belts in Hapkido and Karate. Daniel does mixed Martial Arts training in addition to fitness training.
Tom S.
Tom has worked in nutrition and balanced life coaching since 2010. He has a degree in Food and Nutrition.
